ADULT PROGRAM
From the age of 14 years.
These lessons take place in
Putte - Wednesday 19h30-21h30
Leuven - Tuesday 18h30 - 20h
In addition to basic training (stretching, specific warm-up exercises, strength training ...), the subject matter which will be taught is adapted to the number of students, their interests at that time and their "energetic level"... We always approach each person specifically to their abilities.
The following systems/styles are discussed and trained:
Judo, Karate, Aikido, Intensive Self Defence System, Shooto, Thai Boxing, Wing Chun Kung Fu, Brazilian Jiujitsu, Filipino Martial Arts
(Kali, Escrima, Silat), Western Boxing, Jun Fan Gung Fu, and the Jeet Kune Do concept.
In addition to all this, we discuss the anatomic and physiological concepts of man, the psychology of man,
and the philosophical approach of all this in daily life.
Mandatory school uniform (school t-shirt and school sweatpants) is desirable after max. 3 months.
A white Gi (fighting kimono) is additional.
Currently, there is no separate group for children under 12 years.
Nevertheless, there is a possibility to join the adult group. Hereby it is advisable to be with 2 of the same age so the bodies differ not so much.
If you have no equal partner, do not worry and fill in the registration form so maybe another kid is waiting to join too.
SELF DEFENCE SYSTEM ISDS
Intensive Self Defence System ISDS

is a modern "eclectic" self-defence system, developed in Belgium in 1980 by Sifu P.Van Vlasselaer
(real based street defence applications).
Several Martial Arts Systems are analyzed into a self defense system
adapted to the current problems one can encounter in the street, at home, in a car, or so wherever.
​
The system is so built that beside self defence principles also fighting techniques,
anatomical and psychological subjects are approached all in the content of the Belgian law.
​
Lessons can be organized by anyone, for a minimum number of 12 paying participants and at a chosen location.
Ordinary daily clothing is sufficient.
Kids (8y-12y)
Currently no group.
Woman Self Defence (13y-60y)
​
Today's society is quite unfeminine friendly. There is also a feeling of insecurity.
We offer defence techniques that are adapted to everyone's knowledge and abilities.
In addition to verbal assertiveness and simple techniques, attention is also paid to Legal (self) defence according to Belgian law.
Lessons (eg 10 hours) can be organized by anyone, for a minimum number of 12 paying participants and at a chosen location.
Ordinary daily clothing is sufficient​.

Currently we are organizing in collaboration with Magali from Moving Magic
No Nonsense Self Defence for Woman.
Men (16y-60y)
​
Men also have an increasing feeling of insecurity and therefore want simple solutions (verbal and/or physical)
to get out of perilous situations (street, café, train, etc.).
A series of lessons (eg 10 hours) will therefore be adapted to everyone's interest in certain problem situations OR
also according to request to train in a certain style.
Lessons can be organized by anyone, for a minimum number of 12 paying participants and at a chosen location.
Ordinary daily clothing is sufficient.
Seniors (above 60y)
​
Seniors also increasingly feel the need to feel (more) safe in society.
It is important for them to be able to go where and when they want. Simple stances and defence techniques can be of great help.
Lessons can be organized by anyone, for a minimum number of 12 paying participants and at a chosen location.
Ordinary everyday attire is common.
Private lessons

These are always after a good conversation, to find out what the needs of the person in question are, by appointment.
SPECIAL COURSES
Workshops (3h training session)
​
A workshop is a 3 hour “in-depth” training, starting with a thorough warm-up,
followed by technical instruction to end with practical drilling of the learned techniques.
The content of a workshop may differ depending on the general interest.
We specialize in Wing Chun Kung Fu, Thai Boxing, Escrima, MMA, Kickboxing, Wrestling and Jun Fan Jeet Kune Do.
In addition to sporty clothing, all kinds of personal protective equipment can be used.

Seminars (2 sessions of 4 hrs in 2 days)
​
During these 2 short days, the students are immersed in a flow of different combat systems/styles.
The use of the personal natural weapons (one's own body) will be reflected
in everyone's personal experience during the interplay (drilling) with different partners.
​
In addition, various weapons will also be taught for defense (knife, dagger, stick, ...)
Sporty clothing is desirable, as well as own weapons and training materials such as Thai pads, kick pads and hand pads.
Bootcamps (15 to 20 hrs in 1 Weekend)
​
During these 2 days, in addition to proper warming up (muscle strengthening exercises, stretchings, Yoga and coordination exercises),
the students are immersed in a flow of different fighting systems/styles.
​
The use of the personal natural weapons (one's own body) will be reflected
in everyone's personal experience during the interplay (drilling) with different partners.

In addition, various weapons will also be taught for defense (knife, dagger, stick, ...)
Sporty clothing is desirable, as well as own weapons and training materials such as Thai pads, kick pads and hand pads.
Lectures
​
The content is always adapted to the interests of the applicant and can relate to a sense of security at home,
on the road (car, train, bus, bicycle, on foot, in a forest, ..), cinema, at school, in the swimming pool, on a party, etc.
​
A lecture lasts a maximum of 2 hours and we come on site.
