Choose the training option that works best for you. All regular training options give access to our weekly I.S.D.S. classes in Leuven and Putte.

ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP
In addition to the training fee, every I.S.D.S. student pays the annual membership and insurance fees.

First year: your I.S.D.S. membership includes an I.S.D.S. T-shirt and school badge.
WHAT DO I NEED?
CLOTHING
You don't need special clothing to get started.
For your first lessons, comfortable sports clothing is sufficient.
Within approximately 3 months, students are expected to wear the I.S.D.S. school uniform:
I.S.D.S. T-shirt + school sweatpants
A white Gi is additionally used for specific parts of the training.
TRAINING EQUIPMENT
You don't need to buy everything before your first lesson.
Training materials can be borrowed from the school when you are starting.
As you progress, we recommend having your own basic equipment:
• Cross protection
• 2 Escrima sticks
• Training knife / dagger
• Personal protective equipment
Additional training materials can be added later.
Having your own equipment also allows you to practise outside the regular classes.

READY TO JOIN?
Joining I.S.D.S. is simple.
01 — TRY A CLASS
Come and experience a regular I.S.D.S. training session before deciding to join.
02 — REGISTER
Complete the I.S.D.S. registration form and return it to your instructor.
For registration, please provide:
• Completed registration form
• 3 recent passport photos
• Certificate of good conduct for adults (18+)
03 — COMPLETE YOUR MEMBERSHIP
Pay the applicable training fee together with your annual I.S.D.S. membership and FROS insurance.
Once registered, you're ready to train with us throughout the school year.
